How to make a purchase transaction?

  • Go to the website 8com.com, login to your account and look up for the product you wish to purchase either by writing down the product name, product type, brand or the product code as per 8com.com
  • When the search results appear, kindly select the product you want, add it to the basket after carefully reading the product specs, its accessories, and approving the price.
  • Review the items in the basket and the quantity you selected.
  • Review the shipping address to get the purchases.  
  • Select the payment method of the following choices: credit cards Visa, Master Card, Amex, and Mada and also cash On Delivery.
  • Insert the details of the credit card if you chose this method, and make sure of the secrecy of you card details.
  • You may receive a call from our dedicated
  • The payment will be processed. As soon as the payment is processed successfully, we will start right away to prepare your order.
  • Your purchase order will be delivered to your address within 1 to 7 business days.


In case I received a product that doesn’t function properly, what should I do?

If you already received a product from 8com that is damaged, broken, not properly work or doesn’t match the specs, call us immediately, and our customer service will get your note very seriously.

If you are still unsatisfied about the process, you may be able to return the product to us in the same condition that was sold along with all accessories and in a perfect condition, once we get the product, we test it and will start the process to refund you.


The product I received was not the same product I asked for, how can I return it back?

In this case, you may return it back in a perfect way and we’ll start refund process.


How long would it take the courier to deliver the product?

In normal cases, it takes around 2 days to 2 weeks to deliver.


Can I replace a product that I don’t want with another product?

No, it is not possible so far.


The original packing is unavailable or damaged now. What should I do?

AITCOM offers a refund to you only in case the packing was fine. In case any damage happen to it, just contact us and the customer service will assess and amount of money for the damaged/lost packing to be deducted from your refund.


What does it mean “original packing”?

You need to make sure the packing is OK, not open, not damaged, without cut and the same as shown on website.
